Circle Connections: New Products & Services State regulators have approved a move to build a new mental health center at Touchette Regional Hospital. The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board voted to approve construction of a new $10 million inpatient mental health center. St. Elizabeth's Hospital, part of the Hospital Sisters Health Systems in Springfield, along with Touchette Regional Hospital in Centreville and Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation will combine their services and create a new 30-bed behavioral health services center at the Centreville hospital.
