Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates The US Department of Health and Human Services released a report that includes information regarding qualified health plans (QHP) and premiums available in federally-supported health insurance marketplaces. Federal analysis continues so information may change before the enrollment period begins, but was current as of September 18.
