Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Stairways Behavioral Health of Erie, Pa., and Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems of Bradford, Pa. have announced that their Boards of Directors have signed mutual Letters Of Intent to affiliate under a common Support Corporation.
