Intel Founder Commits $500m To Developing Patient-Centric Healthcare
New Products & Services The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, the charity set up by the co-founder of Intel and his wife, has launched a Patient Care Program to find ways to eliminate all preventable harms to patients. The Program will focus on both meaningfully engaging patients and their families in their own healthcare, and developing a systems approach that optimally configures multidisciplinary teams, processes, and technology to be supportive of that engagement.
