Linda Ligenza Joins National Council As Clinical Services Director

New Talent The National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare (National Council) welcomes Linda Ligenza as Clinical Services Director. Ligenza will support national behavioral health quality improvement initiatives, with immediate focus on helping organizations become trauma-informed. Ligenza was formerly with SAMHSA as disaster trauma special expert in the Traumatic Stress Services Branch. She served as advisor to the SAMHSA Administrator, US Surgeon General, and Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services on issues related to the Gulf Coast Oil Spill.
