ResCare Adds Vice President Of Work Force Unit

New Talent ResCare Inc. has hired Michael Hough as executive vice president of its Workforce Services segment. He previously worked as executive vice president of western operations and global account manager with Air Serv, a company that provides support services and security for commercial aviation companies. Hough serves on the board of directors of the Chicago-based nonprofit Open Doors Organization, which provides services to people with disabilities.
