Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Bupa, a international private healthcare group, announced the acquisition of Quality HealthCare Medical Services, the largest private clinic network in Hong Kong, for $355 million, from Indian hospital operator Fortis Healthcare (532843.BY). The deal, which is expected to be completed by the end of October, will make Bupa the leading healthcare funder and provider in Hong Kong, with 102 clinics owned and operated by Quality HealthCare and 530 affiliated centers, Bupa said in a statement.
