Circle Connections: New Products & Services Taking care of recently discharged patients with chronic conditions who also have behavioral health conditions is one of the more vexing problems in health care, said Bob Yellan, CEO of MPRO, a Farmington Hills-based quality improvement organization. MPRO is tackling that issue in Southeast Michigan along with more than two dozen hospitals, community mental health organizations, area agencies on aging, home health agencies and health plans.
