SAMHSA Announces Mary Fleming As New Director Of The Office Of Policy, Planning, And Innovation (OPPI)

Circle Connections: New Talent Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) announced that Ms. Mary Fleming will be joining them on November 3, 2013, as the Director of the Office of Policy, Planning, and Innovation (OPPI). OPPI is the SAMHSA office responsible for providing leadership on cross-cutting policy issues at SAMHSA and with external stakeholders.
