Edley Joins PCPA/PARF As VP, Expected CEO

New Talent PCPA and the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF) have named Richard Edley, PhD, as vice president for both organizations. Dr. Edley will lead efforts of the Joint Operating Committee, which was created by the two associations to conduct joint planning. He will assist the associations in establishing a plan to share and integrate services.
