Circle Connections: New Talent Tony Trenkle, CMS' Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director of the Office of Information Services, has announced that he is leaving the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to take a position in the private sector. His last day will be November 15, 2013.
