Foundations Recovery Network Announces Acquisition of Resort Property in North Georgia

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Foundations Recovery Network, a recognized leader in the field of integrated treatment for substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health disorders, is proud to announce an acquisition of Black Bear Lodge, Suites and Cabins, from Mountain Springs Properties. The 50-acre resort property is located in Sautee, GA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
