Pennsylvania’s Community Behavioral Health Announces Joan Erney is New CEO

Philadelphia Commissioner Dr. Arthur Evans announced that Joan Erney, JD, has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Community Behavioral Health (CBH). Ms. Erney has served as director, Office of Policy, Planning and Innovation at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Prior to that she monitored implementation of health care reform initiatives for Community Care Behavioral Health.
