Massachusetts’ Fallon Total Care Selected To Provide Integrated Health Care To Dual Eligible Medicare And Medicaid Residents

Awards & Accreditations Fallon Total Care, the joint venture between Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) and Magellan Health Services, has been selected to participate in a new, three-year demonstration program to provide integrated health care to individuals aged 21 to 64 years who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
