Nebraska’s DHHS Releases Substance Abuse Prevention Plan
New Products & Services The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services has released a statewide prevention strategic plan to reduce substance abuse and its consequences in the state. The division provides prevention funding to six behavioral health regions. Each has a regional prevention coordinator who works with community coalitions to develop strategies related to the strategic plan goals or other needs of the community.
