Louisiana’s Southeast Community Health Systems Opens Location In Zachary

Southeast Community Health Systems (SCHS), a Federally Qualified Health Center, opened its newest location in Zachary on July 1, 2012. SCHS is a growing, diverse health system with seven locations in four parishes including East Baton Rouge, St. Helena, Livingston, and Tangipahoa. The Zachary location, an 18,000 square foot facility, features six state of the art dental operatories, nine medical exam rooms, four behavioral health offices with cutting edge telemedicine equipment and an in-house pharmacy.
