Circle Connections: New Products & Services Roughly 30,000 people in Yakima County are disabled in some way that hinders their ability to work, whether it's a mental illness or back problems or an amputation. Fewer than a thousand of those have developmental disabilities such as cerebral palsy or Down syndrome, handicaps that require constant care for most, if not all, of their lives.
