New York’s Orange County Former Mental Health Chief Honored

Awards & Accreditations Chris Ashman, the popular former commissioner of Orange County Department of Mental Health who retired last year after working in the agency for 36 years, was honored recently at Kuhl's Highland House in the Town of Wallkill Ashman received the Frank W. Masterson Distinguished Service Award during the annual Jeanne E. Jonas Professional Development Symposium and Frank W. Masterson Memorial Banquet.
