New York’s Rochester Rehabilitation Appoints Coleen Foster As Mental Health Center Director

New Talent Rochester Rehabilitation recently announced the appointment of Coleen Foster of Webster, LCSW-R, CASAC, as mental health center director. Foster brings 22 years of clinical and managerial experience from a variety of psychiatric treatment settings to her primary role, which will be to strengthen center operations and grow services while overseeing staff. Prior to Rochester Rehabilitation, Foster served at Unity Health System's Behavioral Health department as manager of quality improvement, staff training and development, where she focused on improving patient outcomes.
