Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions As reported in the LaCrosse Tribune on December 6, 2012, Hope Academy's program for teen moms will come under the umbrella of the Family and Children's Center in La Crosse in a merger being announced today. The move is a "no brainer" in these days of shrinking dollars for community services, said Children's Center president and CEO Mike Boehm.
