New Jersey Department of Human Services Announces New Hunterdon Developmental Center CEO

New Jersey Department of Human Services Commissioner Jennifer Velez today announced a new CEO will be taking over at Hunterdon Developmental Center in Clinton Township. Lisa Coscia, a human services and business executive, comes to the Department from The Mentor Network - a national system of community-based human service agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges where she held various senior management level appointments. Coscia replaces William "Gus" Wall, who retired in September, following an investigation into a senior doctor that was administering potentially dangerous levels of Vitamin D to patients with developmental disabilities for an unauthorized study . . .
