Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates Mental health policy in Delaware is the focus of a People's Policy Forum. The forum, hosted by the Delaware Consumer Recovery Coalition (DCRC), is meant to give voice to those in recovery from a mental health condition and to use their recommendations to shape DCRC's agenda during the legislative session next year.
