Circle Connections: New Products & Services A psychiatric treatment center for seniors is scheduled to open next week in Fort Wayne at Parkview Hospital Randallia. Spokesman Eric Clabaugh says Parkview Health spent more than $1 million to remodel and furnish the third floor of the hospital in the city's Randallia district.
