24-Hour Home Care Acquires Inteli-Care, Enters New Mexico Medicaid Personal Care Market

24 Hour Home Care, a home care company under TEAM Public Choices, acquired New Mexico personal care organization Inteli-Care, LLC. The acquisition enables 24-Hour Home Care to expand into New Mexico, and enter the state’s Medicaid personal care services market. The business partnership was made effective on November 16, 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed.
