Abacus & Medicus IT Merge To Launch A Financial Services & Health Care-Focused IT Managed Services Provider

Abacus Group and Medicus IT merged to launch a new multi-vertical health care-focused information technology (IT) managed services provider (MSP). Both are portfolio companies of FFL Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth investments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
