ABILITY Network Closes Acquisition Of MD On-Line

Healthcare technology company ABILITY Network announced that the acquisition of MD On-Line, Inc., has been completed. The transaction closed on November 12. With this acquisition, ABILITY will now serve care providers across the continuum— in ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings—and connect them with an expansive payer network.

Since 2000, ABILITY Network has been a provider organization of web-based technology to acute and post-acute providers, including simplified connectivity to Medicare and innovative workflow management tools.
