Abita Springs To See Addiction Treatment Center Open On Grounds Of Historic Longbranch Hotel

Abita Springs, Louisiana is home to a new inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, Longbranch Retreat and Recovery Center. The facility stands on the grounds of the transformed Longbranch Hotel.

The center, which is slotted for a December opening, will include 32 beds, a restaurant, a yoga room, and a Japanese meditation garden, amongst other amenities. Individuals with insurance will be accepted, however, the center will not accept Medicaid, according to statements from its leadership.
