AbleLight To Receive $3.3 Million From City Of Wauwatosa Toward Affordable Housing Community For People With I/DD
The city of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, approved plans to provide about $3.3 million in tax incremental financing to AbleLight, which is developing Cornerstone Village, an affordable housing community for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). Cornerstone Village is intended to be a mixed-use affordable housing community with 23 of its 94 residential units and four town homes designated for adults with I/DD.
