AccentCare Inc. Acquires Nurses Unlimited

AccentCare, Inc. (AccentCare) recently acquired Nurses Unlimited. Both companies are based out of Texas. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

With this acquisition, AccentCare will now be servicing every county throughout the state of Texas. Nurses Unlimited will operate under AccentCare’s Texas Home Health unit, retaining its current brand name. Nurses Unlimited currently employees over 3,000 individuals.

AccentCare provides a variety of post-acute health care and other services. Nurses Unlimited is a personal care services, home health, and private duty nursing company.
