Access2Care Screening Survey Tool Offered To Guilford County, North Carolina Residents

The Guilford County, North Carolina Department of Public Health now offers Sandhills Center's Access2Care self-screening services to its residents. Access2Care offers free, confidential screening services for eight different behavioral health issues including depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, and substance abuse. The screening tool allows users to select which screening they'd like to try and then offers a series of questions to determine whether additional help should be sought.
