Active Day, which provides adult day and home care services, acquired three home care provider organizations in South Carolina during the first quarter of 2025. The acquirees were AllCaregivers, Inc.; New Generations Home Care of Florence, Inc.; and Goldencare. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
