Advanced Psychiatric Group Joins ARC Health

ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has acquired Advanced Psychiatric Group (APG Health), a mental health practice providing comprehensive behavioral health care services to Central Florida residents. This transaction was facilitated by Bayshore Growth Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.

APG Health is a large outpatient behavioral health care clinic in Central Florida, presently serving over 20,000 consumers.
