AdventHealth Opens Freestanding Emergency Department In Ocala, Florida

AdventHealth opened a new freestanding emergency department, AdventHealth Heathbrook, in Ocala, Florida. The emergency department features 12 exam rooms, including a resuscitation room, bariatric room, isolation room, and rooms designed for obstetric and pediatric consumers. A triage room near the lobby is intended to support timely evaluation and treatment.

Through the emergency department, consumers have access to on-site lab services and advanced imaging, including X-ray, CT scans, and ultrasound.
