Aetna Collaborates With Community Care Of North Carolina To Deliver Integrated Care To State Medicaid Beneficiaries
Aetna and Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) recently announced they will be partnering to combine their Medicaid managed health care services and medical home and care management services. Additionally, the two will be combining their Community Care Physician Network and Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network.
