Aetna Expands Mental Health Leadership With Dedicated Neurodiversity Support Program

Aetna, a CVS Health company, announced the launch of a comprehensive neurodiversity navigation program available to select Aetna Commercial customers for employer-sponsored member populations. Designed to improve the employee experience, this program supports members with neurodivergent conditions through health care ecosystem navigation, on-demand training, one-on-one professional coaching, and self-guided digital programs.

Members and their families with neurodivergent conditions, such as those with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism, and others, can receive targeted resources and services to address their health and workplace needs.
