Affabilis To Open Long-Term Care Hospital At Phoebe Hospital In Albany, Georgia 

Albany, Georgia-based Phoebe Putney Health System is partnering with Affabilis to open a new long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) on its north campus. The South Georgia Specialty Hospital will offer specialized treatment for medically complex individuals who require hospitalization for extended periods of time. ;

The LTACH, which will start with six beds, is expected to open in May. It is expected to expand to 23 beds within six months.
