Aledade & Humana Announce Agreement Expanding Value-Based Care For Humana Medicare Advantage Members In Three States

Aledade, Inc. (Aledade) and Humana Inc. (Humana) recently announced they are forming a value-based care agreement to expand the availability of coordinated and quality care for members under Humana’s Medicare Advantage (MA) plan. Availability will be extended to three states—Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
