Alight, Inc., which provides cloud-based human capital and technology services, launched new behavioral health navigation services to help employees and families find care for complex behavioral health concerns. These new features include a designated, multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric advance practice nurses and nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, and mental health counselors (Alight Behavioral Health Allies) that can act as allies in helping an individual find the site of care that meets their specific need.
