Alliance Health & Cityblock Partner To Offer Integrated Care To Tailored Plan Beneficiaries in North Carolina  

North Carolina’s Alliance Health, a managed care organization responsible for 137,000 Medicaid-eligible members, is partnering with value-based health care provider;Cityblock. ;Under the agreement, Cityblock will offer;comprehensive, integrated medical and behavioral health care to Alliance Health members with serious mental illness (SMI) and/or substance use disorder enrolled in Alliance Health's Behavioral Health and Intellectual/Development Disability (BH I/DD) Tailored Plan. ;
