Altaris Takes Sharecare Private In $518 Million Deal 

Private equity firm Altaris is set to acquire digital health company Sharecare. Under terms of the merger deal, Sharecare stockholders will receive $1.43 in cash per share, totaling about $518 million. ;

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Upon completion of the acquisition, which is expected in the second half of 2024, Sharecare will be privately held. ;
