American Addiction Centers Acquires Clinical Services of Rhode Island

American Addiction Centers (AAC) signed a deal to acquire three outpatient services of Clinical Services of Rhode Island, Inc. (CSRI), an outpatient provider, for $665,000 in cash and $1,335,000 worth of restricted shares of AAC Holdings’ common stock in January. CSRI operates outpatient treatment facilities in Greenville, Portsmouth and South Kingstown. CSRI co-owner Reinhard Straub will remain as Clinical and Business Development Liaison, and Peter Letendre will continue to be the Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director of Rhode Island Operations.
