Amwell said it added Hello;Heart as a partner in the Amwell clinical programs portfolio available on the Amwell Converge platform. Amwell’s health plan clients will be able to offer the Hello Heart cardiovascular solution to eligible members and employees with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or other risk factors for cardiovascular disease. ;
