The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) Announces Retirement Of Its Executive Director

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) announced that Executive Director Vincent "Jim" Gurreri will retire Aug. 29 after 37 years of service at the nonprofit. The agency serves  individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs, working to improve their general welfare. Under Gurreri's leadership, CPARC has grown from a $500,000 budget, 55 staff and serving 100 individuals to a $15 million budget, 330 staff and serving more than 1,700 individuals annually.
