ARC Health Acquires Denver Wellness Associates

ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company acquired Denver Wellness Associates (DWA), a mental health care provider organization located in Denver, Colorado. Financial terms were not disclosed. DWA founder, Jeanne Theobald, M.D. will remain with the company.

DWA launched in 2016. It now has two clinic locations in the Denver area (Cherry Creek and Lakewood).
