ARC Health Acquires Texas-Based Addiction Treatment Provider Exult Healthcare

Exult Healthcare (Exult), a behavioral health provider organization in Texas, was acquired by ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Clew Partners originated the transaction and served as buy-side advisor to ARC Health.
