ARC Health Acquires Wellington Counseling Group In Illinois

ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, acquired Wellington Counseling Group (WCG), a multi-specialty psychotherapy provider group in Illinois. WCG has two locations in the Chicago metropolitan area and a third opening in June 2023. Financial terms were not disclosed. WCG provides a range of mental health services for consumers of all ages.
