Arcus Healthcare Partners acquired a portfolio of four senior housing communities in Nebraska. Financial terms were not disclosed. The communities are branded as Kinship Pointe and are located in the cities of McCook, Northridge, Seward, and Wayne. Each provides independent and assisted living units.

Management services at the four facilities will be provided by Omega Senior Living, a third-party property management company specializing in senior living communities. Omega Senior Living services encompass active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
