Arizona’s Hospice Of The Valley To Become Hospice Provider For Banner Health In Phoenix, Tucson

Hospice of the Valley is now the hospice provider for Banner Health in Arizona’s Phoenix and Tucson areas, effective December 1, 2023. Under the agreement, more than 100 Banner Hospice staff will join Hospice of the Valley.

In 2022, Banner Hospice offered care to more than 1,800 consumers. Banner Health plans to focus on offering home health and ambulatory services.

Hospice of the Valley operates four clinical offices and nine inpatient care homes in Arizona.;
