Aspirus Health & St. Luke’s Sign Definitive Affiliation Agreement 

Wisconsin-based Aspirus Health and Minnesota-based St. Luke's signed a definitive agreement to affiliate. The move is the next step toward the organizations’ plan to create a comprehensive health care system.;

The organizations previously signed a letter of intent on July 12, 2023. The affiliation is designed to expand rural access to health care and advance quality of care for residents of northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.;

Under the new agreement, Aspirus agreed to invest at least $300 million over eight years to fund St. Luke’s strategic projects . . .
