Associated Home Care To Acquire Home Staff, LLC

Associated Home Care, a subsidiary of Baton Rouge-based Amedisys Inc., announced that it will acquire Home Staff, LLC of Worcester, Massachusetts. The completed purchase, expected to close on February 1, will make Amedisys Personal Care the largest personal care provider organization in the state.

Amedisys, Inc. offers home care, hospice care, health coaching, and care coordination through its hospitals and physicians across the United States. Their Massachusetts based subsidiary Associated Home Care offers home-based health care and assistance to the state's residents.

Home Staff, LLC offers in-home care to Massachusetts health care consumers.
